If you want to sell the house AS-IS, that is fine, too.

  • Price your home competitively . . . to open the market vs. narrowing the market.  Our well-crafted ad will describe all of the features that your home has to offer.

  • Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.

  • Promote your home at the company sales meeting.  Our office has over 170 Realtors who have many buyers looking to buy immediately.

  • Contact the top agents who sell in your neighborhood and let them know that your home is on the market.  We will provide them the list of your home’s top features so that they can bring their motivated buyers.

  • Have a professional photographer take high definition photos of your home (twilight photos, a virtual tour, and take a video of your home when appropriate).  Your home will also have search engine optimization so more people will find your home on the internet.

  • Your home will be on over 700 of the top Real Estate websites. (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Yahoo! Homes, Homes.com, etc.) We invest a great deal of money each year to ensure that our listings get top visibility and are shown more often than competitors.

  • We are a paid advisor to the SportStar Relocation Network.  We handle most of the professional athletes that come in and out of the Philadelphia area.  With this knowledge, we have access to high-end buyers others never meet.

  • We prospect two-to-three hours per day looking for potential buyers for your home.

  • Over the next seven days, we will contact our buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

  • We invite the cooperating Brokers in the area for a catered lunch and to tour your home.

  • We follow-up with the salespeople who have shown your home for their feedback and response.

  • We handle all follow-up upon a contract being accepted. This includes all mortgage, title and other closing procedures to make sure the sale of the home actually CLOSES and is as stress-free as possible for you.
